These terms apply to purchases made on bendira.art. The seller is [Owner or company name], NIF [NIF], [Registered address], hello@bendira.art.

Products

We sell physical art prints, printed to order and supplied unframed. Colours may vary slightly between screens and paper; frames shown in photos are not included.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. Payment is made by card or the other methods shown at checkout, processed securely by Stripe.

Orders

You need an account to order. After paying you receive an email confirming your order; the contract is concluded at that moment.

Delivery

We deliver to the destinations and at the costs listed on the Shipping & returns page.

Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, by writing to hello@bendira.art. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We refund the price paid, including the original standard shipping, within 14 days of receiving the print back.

Legal guarantee

Prints are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for consumers. If a print arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we will replace it.

Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
