Shipping & returns

Every print is made to order in our studio and usually dispatched within 2–4 working days. We ship with Correos and send you the tracking number by email.

For now we don’t ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Azores, Madeira or outside the European Union.

Packaging

Prints travel flat between rigid card, in a sturdy envelope, so they arrive without folds or bends.

Returns

You can return a print within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Write to hello@bendira.art with your order number; the print must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we refund the full amount of the order (including the original standard shipping) within 14 days of receiving it back.

Damaged in transit?

If a print arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days and we’ll print and send a new one at no cost.
